Fashion & Product Designer – Footwear & Accessories

Are you a creative, fashion-forward designer with a passion for footwear, trends and turning ideas into commercial product?

Our client is looking for a young, energetic and creatively driven Designer / Product Developer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical design skills, a great eye for product and the ambition to grow into a broader Product Development role within the business.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply wait to be briefed, but is naturally curious, commercially minded and excited to bring new ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, with the ability to produce high-quality CADs.
• A genuine passion for fashion, footwear and international trends.
• A strong eye for product, styling, colour, materials and emerging market trends.
• A creative and proactive approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and concepts.
• The ability to research international fashion and footwear trends and translate these into commercially relevant product ideas for leading retail customers.
• An interest in AI, e-commerce, digital design and emerging technologies that can enhance and streamline the design and product development process.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple briefs, projects and deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced office environment.
• Relevant fashion, footwear, product or design experience would be advantageous; however, exceptional graduates and young designers with strong portfolios will also be considered.
• Previous footwear experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Above all, we are looking for the right creative eye, energy, technical ability and willingness to learn.
