We are seeking a Bookings Clerk for a permanent vacancy based in East London Eastern Cape

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service and administration
• Matric with tertiary advantageous
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to customer needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Drivers license
• Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
• The candidate has to be professional and well presented with excellent communication skills
• Working hours : Monday to Friday : 07h00 17h15

The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:

• Manage service bookings appointments and reservations efficiently and accurately
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner providing assistance and resolving inquiries or issues
• Coordinate with Service Advisors Workshop Foreman and Service Manager to ensure seamless scheduling and smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of bookings customer information and related documentation
• Use computer systems and software to manage bookings update databases and generate reports
