Responsible for the administration of all SAP environments and instances ensuring their optimal performance and availability. Administration includes configuration transport management monitoring tuning and troubleshooting. Ensuring that changes are implemented in line with the change control process and the execution of backup and recovery processes. Perform system sizing architecture and design of the technical landscape down to the level of hardware layout according to SAP best practices and recommendations.
Manages upgrade processes including functional and technical specifications. Provides support to the end user. Handles new installs upgrades and maintenance. Integration of SAP with other systems.

This role also includes basic administration of databases to ensure effective maintenance and management.
