Job Description: As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for enabling delivery excellence across multiple software development squads, ensuring teams consistently deliver value in a predictable, sustainable, and transparent manner. Key responsibilities include: Leading delivery planning, coordination, and execution across multiple agile development teams. Partnering with teams to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and overall business value. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and agile excellence. The confidence and technical credibility to engage with and challenge development teams when required. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience managing risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and delivery roadmaps. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to leverage delivery metrics and reporting for continuous improvement. Experience working with tools such as Jira, Plandek, and delivery analytics platforms. Advantageous experience includes: Product-led environments. Release management and deployment exposure. Portfolio-level planning and governance. AI-assisted workflows, automation, and emerging technology adoption. Agency or fast-paced delivery environments. Qualification: Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related field.
