Fundwell is building a strong new sales floor in the Cape Town CBD, and we're looking for talented salespeople who genuinely enjoy closing. If you're confident on the phone, motivated by what you can earn, and want to sell for a fast-growing US company, this could be a great fit.

We're a US fintech funding small businesses across America, and our Cape Town team is scaling fast. Qualified leads come to you — your job is to turn them into funded deals. No cold-dialling from scratch. Just you, the phone, and a US business owner who needs what you're offering.

Requirements

What the role involves

You own the closing half of the sale — consultation, negotiation, close, and funding. You'll build trust with US business owners, structure the right funding solution, handle objections with poise, and get the deal over the line. Success here comes down to one clear number: funded deals. Hit your targets, and your earning potential is entirely in your hands.

You'll fit in well if

• You've got a solid closing track record and can point to your numbers
• You're a natural on the phone — people warm to you quickly
• You're driven, competitive, and motivated to grow your income
• You stay calm and sharp under pressure
• You're comfortable in a CRM (Salesforce or similar), or quick to pick one up

What you'll need

• Matric (essential); a tertiary qualification is a bonus
• 2+ years' B2B closing experience — carrying a target and owning deals to the finish, not just booking meetings
• Fluent, neutral-accent English
• Able to work on-site in the Cape Town CBD on US hours (14:00–23:00 / 15:00–00:00)
• Clear criminal and credit record (financial services requirement)

Nice to have

• Experience selling into the US market
• A fintech, lending, merchant services, or financial services background
• Time in a commission-led closing environment
