The successful candidate will be responsible for turning campaign data into clear, accurate and meaningful reports and insights for internal teams and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Compile weekly, monthly and campaign-end digital performance reports. * Gather and consolidate data from multiple digital platforms. * Analyse campaign performance and identify trends and opportunities. * Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on campaign results. * Create professional, client-facing reports, presentations and performance summaries. * Maintain reporting templates, databases, spreadsheets and historical campaign data. * Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of reporting data. * Work closely with Production, Sales and Editorial teams. * Support client reporting requirements and ad hoc reporting requests. **Minimum Requirements** **Education** * Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Statistics or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years' experience** in digital reporting, media reporting or campaign analysis. * Experience working with website and social media analytics. * Experience creating client-facing reports and presentations. **Technical Skills** **Essential:** * Microsoft Excel – Intermediate to Advanced * PowerPoint * Google Ad Manager * Google Analytics * Meta Business Suite * LinkedIn Analytics * Report design * Data interpretation **Advantageous:** * Looker Studio * Canva * Adobe InDesign **What We're Looking For** We’re looking for someone who is **analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data**, with the ability to turn numbers into clear insights and communicate findings effectively to both internal stakeholders and clients.
