POSITION INFO:
Senior Investment Accountant | Gauteng | Office-Based Our client is an established investment business operating across the investment and fund management space. We are looking for a Senior Investment Accountant with strong financial and fund accounting experience . The role Financial and fund accounting Month-end close, journals, GL, trial balance and IFRS reporting Fund accounting, NAV calculations and investor reporting Investment and portfolio accounting Fund waterfall and IRR models Management accounts, forecasts, budgets and board packs Transaction accounting and investment deal support Treasury, cash flow and liquidity management VAT, tax, audit and regulatory compliance Process improvement and reporting automation What we need The key requirement is a combination of strong financial accounting + fund\/investment accounting experience . The ideal candidate will also have experience with setting up or launching a fund\/fund structure and be commercially minded, with the ability to understand both the accounting and the investment business. Requirements: Accounting or similar 5+ years' financial and fund\/investment accounting experience External audit\/articles experience Strong IFRS knowledge Strong Excel skills Sage Pastel\/Sage One advantageous Fund accounting\/investment systems advantageous advantageous Gauteng | Permanent | Office-based Interested?
