As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for supply and demand-related customer support inquiries for our Portuguese -speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, an analytical problem solver, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a fantastic multinational team, working alongside French, German, Dutch, Italian, and English Agents.
UK-based SaaS client, very dynamic, and fun with a huge emphasis on staff well-being.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
The position is in office.
