Estate/House Manager (Private villa)

Duties and Responsibilities

■ Supervising in-house projects.

■ Overseeing of the day-to-day tasks and operations of the home;

■ Managing household bills and administrative duties.

■ Running errands and purchasing items where required.

■ Ensure that Security is on site and performing their duties accurately.

■ Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, maintenance teams.

■ Ensure the homes Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis court is well maintained by maintenance.

■ Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly.

■ Aircon to be checked weekly ensure they are working.

■ All household equipment, how it is used, charged and refurnished.

■ Theatre System is checked, and theatre room is maintained.

■ Sound Systems to be checked and that it is used correctly.

■ Gardening services/ landscaping ensure it is up to the familys standards,

■ Recon expenditure of the house.

■ Grocery shopping and stock take of products,

■ Scheduling home maintenance and repair work.

■ Responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events.

■ Managing household calendars and schedules.

■ Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects.

■ Completing any other requested administrative tasks.

■ Understanding of food and beverages.

■ Able to understand an instruction and to action accordingly.

■ Able to act as a Host when and if requested.

■ Compile and maintain a standard operating procedure user manual for the entire Estate.

■ Ensure the entire estates alarm system is always activated after every shift for the day.

■ Submit daily and weekly progress reports to your supervisors.

■ Communicate regularly on WhatsApp property groups.

■ Demonstrate ability to communicate well with high profile clients and guests.

■ Silver Plate service skills

■ Complete lists of preparation steps for client and guest visits

■ Any other duties as may instructed from time to time.
