One of our valued Clients in the Roofing and Building materials sector, based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive who will also undertake the responsibilities of a Business Manager. The role requires a hands-on individual who will take ownership, work independently, and contribute to the development of systems, processes, and business opportunities. Applicants must reside in and around Howick.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Driving revenue growth.
• Establishing key client relationships.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Assisting with the day-to-day management and strategic growth initiatives of the business.
• Sales activity levels and target achievement.
• Customer relationship management.
• Business management competencies.
• Professional conduct and cultural fit within the organisation.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 3 years' sales and business development experience.
• Previous management or business leadership experience is advantageous.
• Experience within roofing, steel, building materials, construction, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Own reliable transport is essential.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships.
• Based in or willing to work from Howick and surrounding areas.
• Entrepreneurial and growth-focused.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable working within a startup environment.
• Able to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable business.
• Capable of balancing sales leadership with business management responsibilities.

Package & Remuneration

From R20 000 per month - Depending on experience, qualifications, industry knowledge, and demonstrated capabilities.
