Senior Trainer

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating, designing, continuously improving and reporting on impactful learning and development programmes and interventions aligned to business strategy.

You Bring:

• A relevant Degree or Diploma
• 5 years + training experience
• 5 years + learning design
• A valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Facilitation and Learning Design

• Design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning programmes incorporating face-to-face and online training strategies.
• Incorporate e-learning techniques and blended learning approaches when required.
• Facilitate and assess outcomes-based training interventions aligned to business needs.
• Consult with and support learners outside of sessions when required.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative facilitation methods, activities and best practices.
• Design and implement pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning experience, effectiveness and impact.
• Revise learning programmes to adapt to business priorities and learner needs.

Strategic Learning Development

• Develop and implement learning interventions as agreed with senior management and business.
• In consultation with relevant stakeholders, create new training programmes, assess their effectiveness and report results to the business.

Project Management

• Create and effectively implement project plans.
• Ensure a high quality is maintained in projects.
• Work with Trainers and the Creative Team to achieve project goals.

e-Learning Management

• Contribute to the creation, delivery, and continuous improvement of e-learning programmes when relevant.
• Maintain an up-to-date and organised e-learning library on the learning management system and Microsoft Teams, ensuring content remains relevant and current.

Reporting

• Ensure accurate training records.
• Compile and submit reports for internal and/or external training programmes and interventions.
• Collate and evaluate feedback from Trainers to include in reports.
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness and impact of training interventions to identify opportunities for improvement.
