Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic consulting engagements and deliver measurable client outcomes.
- Analyse complex operational and supply chain challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Manage projects, resources, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to add value and grow existing client accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Support proposals, commercial discussions and business-development activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and contribute to operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business Management.
- Minimum 8 yearsâ professional experience.
- Minimum 5 yearsâ relevant experience in consulting, project leadership and/or business development.
- Strong exposure to MRO, spare parts, inventory, supply chain or industrial operations.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Strong client relationship management and business-development experience.
- Demonstrated contribution to new business, account growth or revenue generation.
- Experience managing teams, resources and/or direct reports.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Cape Town based or able to work permanently from Bellville.

Experience within mining, manufacturing, energy or other asset-intensive industries will be highly advantageous.
