Machine Shop Supervisor

Minimum requirements: We are looking for a machine shop supervisor responsible for the following roles - Managing 10 machinists and apprentices. - Machine set up and Mastercam programming - Planning daily production and machine loading. - Supervising CNC lathes, machining centres and manual machines. - Quality control and first-off inspections. - Tooling selection and tool life management. - Production scheduling and on-time delivery. - Health and safety compliance. - Machine maintenance coordination. - Staff training and performance management. - Continuous improvement (5S, lean manufacturing, OEE).
