An opportunity is available for an energetic, ambitious and commercially minded Senior Industrial & Supply Chain Consultant to join a specialist consulting environment serving asset-intensive industries.

This senior client-facing role combines supply chain consulting, project leadership, client relationship management and business development, with strong potential to progress into future senior management or executive leadership.

IMPORTANT: Applicants must currently reside in CAPE TOWN | WESTERN CAPE.

Only applicants who hold a relevant degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Business Management will be considered.

POSITION INFO:
Key Focus Areas MRO and spare parts optimisation Inventory and supply chain optimisation Master data and categorisation Warehouse and stores management Procurement strategy and asset management systems Operational performance improvement Key Responsibilities Lead strategic consulting engagements and deliver measurable client outcomes. Analyse complex operational and supply chain challenges and develop practical solutions. Manage projects, resources, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Identify opportunities to add value and grow existing client accounts. Develop new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. Support proposals, commercial discussions and business-development activities. Provide leadership and guidance to team members and contribute to operational excellence. Minimum Requirements Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Industrial , Supply Chain Management, Operations or . Minimum 8 yearsâ professional experience . Minimum 5 yearsâ relevant experience in consulting, project leadership and\/or business development. Strong exposure to MRO, spare parts, inventory, supply chain or industrial operations . Proven experience leading complex projects and multi-stakeholder engagements. Strong client relationship management and business-development experience. Demonstrated contribution to new business, account growth or revenue generation . Experience managing teams, resources and\/or direct reports. Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Cape Town based or able to work permanently from Bellville .
