Role Purpose:The Facilitator will be responsible for delivering training aligned with company and client objectives, continuously improving training content and delivery methods, identifying skill gaps, and enhancing employee competencies. The role also includes monitoring and reporting on training progress and trainee performance to ensure effective learning outcomes.
