HOTEL MANAGER | LUXURY HOSPITALITY Are you an experienced Hotel Manager with a strong Rooms Division background ; exceptional people-management skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and hands on Hotel Manager who can lead operations, drive performance and ensure guests feel truly at home.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in hospitality
• Afrikaans first language is essential
• Strong Rooms Division experience with solid Front Office and Housekeeping knowledge
• Relevant hospitality qualification
• Strong sales, marketing and commercial awareness
• Proven understanding of revenue management and seasonal optimisation
• Excellent people-management skills - able to motivate, coach, develop and manage performance
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• High levels of integrity and professionalism
• Energetic, ambitious and able to perform under pressure
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing and able to travel internationally

THE ROLE

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel; including:

• Rooms Division, Front Office & Housekeeping
• Sales & Marketing
• Tour Guides & Leisure Services
• Human Resources & Finance
• Budgets and financial targets
• Revenue and occupancy optimisation
• Guest experience and service standards
• Health & Safety and quality assurance
• Team motivation, development and performance management
• Guest feedback and service recovery
