Reverside is an established IT services provider deliveringSoftware Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and SystemsSupport solutions. We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join theIdentity & Access Platforms team. The role focuses on implementing,configuring, securing, and operating identity governance and access managementplatforms across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory and identityplatforms.
  
• Implementand maintain authentication protocols including SAML and OpenID Connect.
  
• Support identity providers such as Keycloak andEntra ID.
  
• Ensure secure integration and operation ofidentity services.
  
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, andaccess-related issues.
  
• Implement IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, andleast-privilege principles.
  
• Apply JIT/JEA practices to strengthen identitysecurity.
  
• Collaborate with technical and security teams tosupport business objectives.
  
• Support hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms,and operating systems.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in InformationTechnology.
  
• 5+ years’ experience in Active Directoryadministration and support.
  
• Strong knowledge of IAM and authenticationprotocols.
  
• Experience with SAML and OpenID Connect.
  
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networkingfundamentals.
  
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  
• Keycloak experience is advantageous.
  
• Entra ID experience is advantageous.
