Role Responsibilities
- Call and qualify prospective patients
- Schedule consultations for non-surgical pain relief treatments
- Follow up with leads to maximize booked consultations
- Ensure every patient is treated with care and professionalism
Requirements
- Fluent English (B2+ level or higher, spoken & written)
- Positive, engaging, and detail-oriented personality
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
- Dual-screen setup preferred
- Must be available to work weekends consistently
- Starting pay is $5/hour + performance bonuses
