This senior executive role is focused on driving accommodation revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening customer acquisition strategies and developing high-value partnerships across local and international markets. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across multiple commercial disciplines, ensuring alignment between sales performance, digital marketing initiatives, reservations operations and long-term business growth objectives. This position is ideally suited to an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record of leading commercial teams, growing revenues and delivering measurable business results within premium hospitality, tourism or travel sectors.

Job Description & Requirements:

• Lead sales, marketing and reservations functions to drive accommodation revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies, growth plans and market expansion initiatives across domestic and international markets.
• Oversee digital marketing, lead generation, CRM activity, performance marketing, PR, communications and brand positioning.
• Manage senior commercial teams, set performance targets and ensure accountability through measurable KPIs.
• Strengthen relationships with trade partners, stakeholders and industry representatives while increasing market visibility.
• Drive direct booking growth, optimise sales channels and improve reservation conversion performance.
• Monitor budgets, revenue targets, marketing ROI and commercial reporting.
• Minimum 10 years' senior commercial leadership experience.
• Proven success leading business development, sales acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, tourism or travel markets.
• Experience managing multi-functional commercial teams and engaging at executive level.
• International market development experience and luxury hospitality exposure advantageous.
