Contractor Manager Marketing Fleet

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of Gazoo Racing Fleet & Sustainability, this position is responsible for managing and coordinating the Marketing and PR Fleet in support of media, marketing, event, sponsorship, and business requirements. The incumbent will lead fleet and marketing-related projects, manage stakeholders and service providers, oversee budgets and compliance, and lead a small team to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery aligned with organisational objectives.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Marketing and PR fleet management – ensuring effective vehicle availability, allocation, utilisation, maintenance, and governance
• Project and marketing management – planning and delivering fleet, campaign, event, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Financial and supplier management – budget control, procurement support, cost optimisation, and service-provider performance
• Compliance, risk, and governance – ensuring legislative, policy, and operational compliance
• Fleet operations and logistics – coordinating vehicle movements, maintenance, and asset lifecycle requirements
• Leadership and people management – leading team performance, development, and resource planning
• Stakeholder engagement – coordinating internal teams, agencies, media, suppliers, and external partners
• Data analysis and reporting – monitoring performance and providing business insights

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• NQF Level 6 (360 credits - 8 level framework) qualification in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing operations, project management, fleet management, or a related environment
• Proven project management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership experience
• Motor industry experience and knowledge of fleet management and marketing will be advantageous
