Core Responsibilities of an Executive Security Manager:

• Threat & Risk Assessments: Conducting advance reconnaissance for travel routes, venues, and residences to identify vulnerabilities before the principal arrives.
• Detail Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing the close-protection team, drivers, and residential security staff.
• Emergency Response Planning: Developing robust contingency plans for medical emergencies, security breaches, and crisis evacuations.
• Intelligence & Liaison: Maintaining proactive communication with local law enforcement, private intelligence networks, and venue security teams.
• Liaison & Discretion: Serving as the seamless operational bridge between the principal, family members, household staff, and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Nerves of Steel: Impeccable composure under pressure, backed by advanced medical/trauma credentials.
• Professional Pedigree: Minimum of 8-10+ years of cumulative experience in high-level executive protection, tactical law enforcement, or elite military special operations.
• Leadership & Operations: Proven track record in designing security architecture, conducting rigorous threat/risk assessments, and leading close-protection teams for high-profile principals.
