Location: Simons Town, Western Cape

A luxury hospitality group is seeking a confident and personable Guest Activity Coordinator to manage guest excursions, activities and transfers between two properties in the Simons Town and Glencairn area.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role combining professional driving, tour guiding, activity coordination and exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Valid drivers licence and PDP essential.
• Advanced driving qualification advantageous.
• Previous experience hosting guests on tours, excursions or transfers.
• Excellent knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding attractions, including wine farms, tourist destinations, restaurants and activities.
• Ideally based in or close to the Simons Town / Glencairn area.
• Well-presented, professional and well-spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with guests from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage guest excursions, activities and transfers across both properties.
• Professionally drive and host guests during transfers, tours and excursions.
• Recommend suitable Cape Town attractions, experiences and activities according to guest interests.
• Coordinate schedules between the two properties and proactively manage transport requirements.
• Ensure excursions and transfers run smoothly and on time without requiring constant supervision.
• Take ownership of the guest experience while guests are away from the properties.
• Provide knowledgeable, engaging and professional interaction throughout each guest experience.
