About the Role

• The Used Vehicle Sales Manager at BMW Vereeniging will oversee the sales operations of our pre-owned vehicle division, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the used vehicle segment.
• Manage the used vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal pricing and presentation of vehicles to enhance customer appeal.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events that attract potential buyers.
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
