Appointment Setter

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Appointment Setter for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning filling the sales calendar with qualified meetings.

Role overview

You will turn outreach into booked meetings. By phone and email you will contact prospects for a UK business, confirm interest and fit, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Call and email prospects from supplied and researched lists
• Qualify interest, budget and decision-maker status
• Book meetings directly into the sales team calendar
• Log every conversation and outcome in the CRM
• Send reminders to reduce no-shows

What you'll need

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting or outbound calling
• Clear, friendly spoken English and good listening skills
• Experience with a CRM and calendar tools
• Resilience and consistency in outbound work
• A reliable computer, headset and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce
• Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting
• Experience working to meeting-booked targets
