About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Agile Project Manager with deep IT Delivery experience to lead complex technology projects within a banking environment.

This role requires someone who can combine Agile delivery with structured project governance while confidently managing technical integration migration and enterprise IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional technical teams.
  
• Facilitate sprint planning stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
  
• Manage system integration API and data migration workstreams.
  
• Maintain project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
  
• Manage sprint execution dependencies and documentation through Jira and Confluence.
  
• Identify and manage project risks issues and technical dependencies.
  
• Provide clear progress and risk reporting to senior stakeholders.
  
• Manage project budgets forecasts and financial reporting.
  
• Mentor and support junior Agile Project Management resources.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven IT project delivery experience within banking or financial services.
  
• Strong Agile experience including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  
• Experience delivering system integration API data migration or legacy modernisation projects.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Experience managing project budgets and financials.
  

Advantageous

• PMP PRINCE2 CSM PMI-ACP and/or SAFe certification.
