International General Manager

SUMMARY:

Department: Operations
Location: Centurion, Gauteng. International – Multiple Countries. Extensive travel required.
Reporting Line: Chief Operating Officer

Purpose

A popular brand leader in the Quick Service Restaurant industry seeks an experienced International General Manager to lead operations, commercial performance and growth across its international portfolio. The role drives operational excellence, franchise support, brand compliance and business expansion, while overseeing regulatory compliance, licensing, procurement and key stakeholder relationships in each market.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Operations Management, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in QSR, Retail or Hospitality; minimum 7 years in a Senior Operations, Country Management or International Management role.
• Proven multi-country, multi-site operations management experience; franchise experience advantageous.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen across multiple currencies and markets.
• Working knowledge of labour legislation and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with GAAP, Micros or similar POS systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate as required; valid passport with no travel restrictions.
