Job: Skills Development Internship

ZTQ Solutions is creating a database for 2025 to recruit Software Developers, System Developers, Python specialists, and AI professionals for future opportunities. This initiative helps streamline recruitment and gives candidates a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all training sessions and complete assignments
• Develop foundational skills in software development, Python, and AI
• Complete the five ZTQ Solutions recruitment assessments within the given timeframe
• Review training materials and video content to successfully pass the assessments
• Engage with mentors, trainers, and peers during the program
• Provide feedback and seek clarification when needed
• Submit all required documentation, including your CV, Matric certificate, and ID
• Follow program guidelines and meet all deadlines
• Adhere to professional standards and ethics during training and any practical work assignments
• Develop problem-solving and technical skills relevant to the tech industry
• Manage your time effectively to meet assessment deadlines and training schedules
• Take initiative in learning and improving your skills

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate
• Minimum 50% in Mathematics (not Math Literacy)
• Minimum 50% in English (First or Additional Language)
• Novice software developers with no prior training or experience
• Must achieve an acceptable score on five recruitment assessments
• South African citizen or permanent resident
