Program Manager, UAF (Unified Alternate Fulfillment) Channels Team

Amazon’s Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel (UAF) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa, Middle East and Turkey (MEATR region) to expand the network of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex and Direct fulfillment channels. A day in the life As a Program Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks. Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion. About the team The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) organization covers specialized function such as Heavy and Bulky fulfillment network, Ultra Fast grocery deliveries and Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF). The UAF channels allow Amazon to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor/ seller warehouse, offering millions of new selection while holding the same Prime bar of customer experience (CX) as provided by Amazon FCs.- 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience using Microsoft Projects software - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams Amazon is an equal opportunities employer, and we value your passion to discover, invent, simplify and build.
