Job Description

• Identify, approach, and secure new enterprise clients for mainline equipment rental agreements.
• Market and sell secondary, remarketed equipment through profitable business channels.
• Consult with corporate decision-makers to structure flexible, cost-effective asset finance options.
• Collaborate closely with internal credit analysts to process smooth, compliant deal underwriting.
• Develop long-term vendor finance partnerships with key equipment distributors and suppliers.
• Oversee the complete sales process from initial prospect qualification through to final signing.
• Maintain regular client contact to build trust, retain accounts, and capture repeat business.

What You Need to Apply

• Relevant degree or diploma in commerce, business management, marketing, or financial management.
• Proven sales track record in B2B corporate sales, equipment rental, or commercial finance.
• Experience presenting finance solutions to corporate decision-makers and financial managers.
• Solid understanding of commercial contracts, leasing terms, and deal negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal, pitching, and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in pipeline tracking and reporting using standard CRM software.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to being an active team player.
