Our client is looking for an Insolvency / Business Rescue / Foreclosures Attorney to join their team in Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be well organized, energetic and have a positive vibe. This individual will be expected to run High Court Motion proceedings independently for a major bank's wealth division. The candidate must be a go-getter and be prepared to work long hours when required in a high-pressure, yet pleasant and stable environment. Minimum requirements: Admitted attorney; 3 to 10 years' experience post admission practising as a lawyer in private practise dealing with High Court Motion proceedings, in particular insolvency, business rescue, repossessions and general litigation; Must be able to run High Court Motion proceedings independently; Valid driver's license and own transport. Someone who intends to contribute to the firm over the long term and ultimately go on to become a senior member of our team.
