Reservationist

SUMMARY:
A luxury safari lodge in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo is seeking an experienced and professional Reservationist to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, guest enquiries and booking administration while ensuring professional communication and a seamless guest experience.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Reservations and Front of House experience
- Experience within a luxury lodge, hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of reservations and booking procedures
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Professional and well presented
- Strong telephone and email communication skills
- Computer literate with hospitality systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Reliable, professional and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage reservations and booking enquiries
- Process bookings, amendments and cancellations
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate reservation records
- Confirm availability, rates and booking details
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries and bookings
- Record guest preferences and special requests accurately
- Communicate booking information to relevant departments
- Assist with pre-arrival guest arrangements
- Liaise with guests, agents and travel partners
- Support Front of House operations when required
- Ensure all reservation administration is completed accurately and timeously

PACKAGE:
- Salary: R9,500 per month
- Live-in accommodation and meals to be discussed

LOCATION: Louis Trichardt – Limpopo

COUPLE OPPORTUNITY:
Couples will be considered where one person fills the Reservationist position and the other takes either the Head Guide or Trail Guide position.
