Sales Consultant – Food Services Industry
Location: East London, Eastern Cape
Employment Type Permanent
Our client is seeking an energetic, confident and people-oriented Sales Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships and promoting the company’s products and services within the food services and hospitality industry.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Experience within the food services, hospitality, catering or related industry will be highly advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle is essential
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident and well-presented
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote and sell company products and services
- Conduct client visits and presentations
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requirements
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
