Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Monitor project performance against key milestones, quality standards, and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and effective decision-making processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years post-graduate professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a dedicated Project Management role.
• Proven track record of managing complex engineering, industrial, infrastructure, mining, or energy-related projects.
• Strong financial, commercial, and contractual management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Professional registration and/or Project Management certification will be advantageous.
