JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the overall financial management of the Company. Provide direction,
management and leadership in the accounting, business planning and budgeting activities.
Provide timely and relevant financial management reports to all stakeholders.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager / Senior Financial Manager role
Motor industry experience to minimum 5 years' motor dealership experience essential.
Strong commercial dealership experience, including sales management, vehicle profitability, margins,
incentives and rebates.
Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems and financial controls.
Experience working with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers and senior management.
Ability to analyse sales performance, gross profit, margins, stock ageing and departmental results.
Strong understanding of dealership profitability and improving financial performance.
Proven experience managing, leading and developing a finance team.
Multi-dealership experience as an advantage.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Must be proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
Have a valid Drivers Licence
It is expected that the candidate has a clear record based on the various verification checks that will be
conducted.
Although all suitable applications will be considered, it is preferred that the individual is based in the East Rand or close to the dealership.
