The company operates a Webstore team and a Display and Merchandising department. It manages product catalogues, digital assets, and online merchandising for website products.
The Role: Website Catalogue & Content Assistant
The purpose of this role is to join the Display and Merchandising team to create, load, maintain, and quality-check website content, product information, and digital assets. It focuses on working accurately with data and content while identifying AI tools and smarter ways to improve current workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Perform quality checks to ensure content is accurate, complete, consistent, and correctly presented.

Create, upload, and maintain website content and product catalogue information.

Capture and update product names, descriptions, specifications, images, and digital assets.

Prepare and edit product imagery for online use.

Support online merchandising and the organisation of products within categories and collections.

Work with internal teams to obtain and verify missing or unclear product information.

Use Excel and other tools to organise, validate, and manage product data.

Research and test AI tools or automation opportunities for content and catalogue workflows.
About You

Matric / Grade 12.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Good written communication skills.

Computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems.

Ability to organise and manage high volumes of information.

Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Microsoft Excel skills.

Photoshop, Canva, or other image-editing experience.

Experience with AI tools for content, data, or workflow improvement.

Exposure to eCommerce, website administration, catalogue maintenance, content management, or digital merchandising.

Content management system experience.
