Spa Receptionist

SPA RECEPTIONIST We are looking for an experienced and professional Spa Receptionist to join a cruise ship spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, manage spa bookings, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest. JOB DESCRIPTION Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage spa appointments, bookings, cancellations, and schedules. Promote spa treatments, services, and products to guests. Handle payments and maintain accurate records. Answer guest enquiries and provide information about spa services. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area. Support the spa team with daily administrative duties. Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, multicultural environment. Assist with achieving spa sales and service targets. Follow all onboard health, safety, and guest-service standards. REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated cruise ship spa experience . Previous spa reception, hospitality, or customer service experience. Fluency in English and Portuguese . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, well-groomed appearance. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Confident handling bookings, payments, and guest enquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
