Project Manager

Our client based in Centurion is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Programme Office. The successful candidate will work in a technical engineering environment supporting projects for both local and international customers.


Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and within budget while coordinating teams stakeholders risks and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education (essential):

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree would be advantageous)
• MBA or PMP certification preferred

Minimum applicable experience (years):

• 57 years experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects

Required nature of experience:

• Managing complex projects within the defence aerospace RF microwave or related engineering industries
• Delivering technical products and solutions within highly regulated standards-driven and quality-controlled environments
• Project experience delivering hardware products within an electronics-related field particularly electromagnetics or microwave/RF engineering
• Managing customer-facing projects documentation reporting and deliverables
• Managing multiple projects concurrently
• Exposure to international customers particularly European customers is advantageous

• Maintain strong relationships with customers project teams and senior management.
• Manage customer requirements expectations and commitments.
• Coordinate customer reviews meetings and project updates.
• Provide regular project progress and financial updates.

Project Governance Quality & Compliance

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with customer contractual and industry requirements.
• Monitor quality standards throughout project delivery.
