The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and/or used vehicles, developing new business opportunities and guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey. You will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets while delivering a professional, customer-focused buying experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sell new and/or used vehicles to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals and networking
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and provide suitable recommendations
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Negotiate pricing, trade-ins and finance options with customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Follow up consistently on leads, enquiries and prospective customers
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process from enquiry through to delivery
Achieve individual sales targets
Stay up to date with vehicle specifications, features, pricing and promotions
Work closely with the sales team, finance department and management to ensure a smooth sales process
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum 5 years' proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales
Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or Vehicle Sales Representative
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Valid Driver's Licence
Strong knowledge of the vehicle sales process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to generate and develop new sales opportunities
Target-driven, energetic and self-motivated approach
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
