Branch Manager - Forklifts

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager - Forklifts to join their Port ELizabeth team,

• Manage daily sales, including rental, parts and service targets vs actual performance, reacting timeously to any identified problems
  
• Departmental administration management
  
• Reporting and performance monitoring across various business areas
  
• Ensuring internal control adherence, pertaining to policies, procedures and controls
  
• Overall branch management, including operational, financial, asset and resource and staff management
  
• Ensure effective staff management
  
• Develop customer relationships and resolve issues timeously
  
• Ensure achievement of targets in line with budget requirements
  
• Ensure branch revenue, profit and margin targets are achieved
  
• Manage and facilitate all work in progress (WIP)
  
• Monitor and analyse branch financial performance
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  

Requirements

• Grade 12
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Operations Management / Supply Chain / Engineering or related field (Advantageous)
  
• Minimum 5 years technical knowledge (forklifts, operations and maintenance
  
• Minimum 5 years sales and parts management experience
  
• Minimum 5 years staff management experience
  
• Strong aptitude for sales and business development
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  
• Valid drivers licence
