Job Description

• Lead and support the night shift team across both the factory and warehouse floors.
• Manage a balanced 4-shift weekly schedule running Monday night to Friday morning.
• Follow straightforward operating procedures to maintain safe work practices and steady productivity.
• Check fastener production output to ensure quality items are ready on time.
• Organize warehouse picking and staging so morning delivery trucks depart without delay.
• Supervise staff attendance, encourage teamwork, and solve floor queries fairly and quickly.
• Complete a simple handover report to brief the morning team each day.

What You Need to Apply

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent education.
• Solid supervisory experience leading teams in a factory or warehouse setting.
• Comfortable managing night shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Proven skill in following standard operating procedures and keeping accurate stock flow.
• Helpful, clear communication style when guiding workers and briefing management.
• Good problem-solving ability to keep floor processes moving steadily overnight.
• A positive attitude, a strong team spirit, and a genuine willingness to learn.
