We’re hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to help grow our UK customer base by turning genuine interest in our cleaning services into new business.
You’ll play an important part in the sales journey, engaging with warm leads, uncovering customer needs and creating a smooth path from initial enquiry to confirmed booking.

Your focus will be on developing sales opportunities, maintaining regular contact with prospects and ensuring that no viable opportunity is overlooked.
Core Responsibilities
Respond promptly to warm sales enquiries
Explore customer needs and understand their service requirements
Present relevant cleaning services and explain their benefits
Develop interested prospects into qualified sales opportunities
Follow up with customers at appropriate points in the sales journey
Secure confirmed bookings through effective sales conversations
Record enquiries, conversations and outcomes accurately in the CRM
Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline
Monitor personal activity, conversion rates and sales performance
Contribute towards revenue and monthly performance objectives
This role includes weekend coverage, operating on shift patterns such as Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday.
Your Reward
Basic salary negotiable according to experience
OTE of R25,000+ per month
100% remote working
40 days paid annual leave
2+ years' experience in direct sales, telesales, business development or a similar commercial role
Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities without constant supervision
Strong relationship-building and analytical problem-solving abilities
Resilient, positive and comfortable handling sales objections
Evidence of achieving telephone sales targets or similar measurable objectives
Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience working with CRM systems and customer databases
Confident negotiating with customers and resolving issues professionally
Access to a dependable laptop or desktop for remote work
