BDO is looking for candidates in Johannesburg who can demonstrate:

• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional emails
• Ability to handle and manage stress
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently
• Strong teamwork skills
• Microsoft Excel and Word skills will be an advantage

Experience We Value:

• Previous exposure to an office or administrative environment will be advantageous. This may include experience with data capturing, information gathering, reporting, coordination activities, and supporting business operations.

Qualifications:

We're looking for graduates with qualifications in the following fields:

• Digital Solutions: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Information Management, or a related field, with an interest in ERP systems, CRM platforms, Data Analytics, Software Development, Digital Transformation, or IT Governance

Experience:

• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting.
• Microsoft: Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of servers, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and cabling.
• Troubleshooting: Logical problem-solving and fault identification.
• ITSM: Understanding of incidents, requests, changes, and documentation.
• Security: Basic cybersecurity, MFA, and access-control awareness.
• Monitoring: Ability to interpret alerts/logs and maintain infrastructure records.
