About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, even in a remote setting.
