You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, controlling budgets, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and motivation.
• Control operational costs, manage budgets, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain guests.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management , preferably in a boutique setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
• Knowledge of hotel management software and booking systems.
