Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability using specialized tools, identifying potential issues before they impact service.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnostics and escalating as necessary.
• Implement routine network changes and configuration updates according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and incident logs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of network maintenance activities and upgrades.
• Collaborate with field technicians and other IT teams to resolve connectivity and performance problems.

Requirements

• Experience in network monitoring and operations, or a similar role in IT support.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SNMP, Nagios, Zabbix) and ticketing systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts , including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing principles.
• Ability to analyze network data and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required by network operations.
