About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new listing opportunities for commercial properties in the Klerksdorp area.
• Market commercial properties effectively through various channels, including online listings, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and potential tenants/buyers.
• Conduct property tours, present proposals, and negotiate terms for leases and sales.

Requirements

• Valid Real Estate Broker license and relevant industry certifications.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage or sales.
• Proven track record of successful lease and sales transactions in the commercial sector.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Klerksdorp and broader North West commercial property market.
