Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, games, and crafts that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding the child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Manage light household duties related to the children, such as tidying play areas and children's laundry.
• Oversee nap times, hygiene routines, and ensure a structured yet flexible daily schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a nanny, childcare provider, or early childhood educator.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of child development stages and positive discipline techniques.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing in-person care with remote responsibilities.
