About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent Facilities Cleaner to maintain a pristine environment at their premises in Nelspruit . You will be responsible for a wide range of cleaning duties, utilizing various tools and supplies to achieve high standards of cleanliness across all areas of the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, ensuring they are clean and safe.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to prevent the spread of germs.
• Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or damaged fixtures, to the facilities manager promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or in a similar janitorial role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and sanitation techniques .
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment like vacuums and floor buffers.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
