Our client is looking for an expert Telecoms Network Engineer with a specialization in 5G technologies to join their innovative and fully remote team. This role is central to the design, implementation, and optimization of our next-generation 5G network infrastructure . You will work on cutting-edge projects, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our 5G services. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage 5G core network elements and RAN (Radio Access Network) components.
  • Optimize 5G network performance, capacity, and coverage through configuration tuning and strategic planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to 5G network functionality, ensuring high availability.
  • Stay current with 3GPP standards and emerging 5G technologies and trends.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for 5G network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 5G services with existing network infrastructure and new applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom network engineering , with a specific focus on 5G technologies .
  • In-depth knowledge of 5G architecture, protocols (NSA/SA), and RAN principles.
  • Experience with network virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN) in a 5G context.
  • Proficiency in network analysis tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
