About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly analytical and client-focused Management Consultant specializing in Operations to join their team supporting businesses in Rustenburg . You will analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance. This role is crucial for businesses aiming to optimize their supply chains, manufacturing processes, and service delivery models. You will work closely with operational leaders to implement change and ensure sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational procedures, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization in various client businesses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics and process mapping to design and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to manage the implementation of new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with operations teams.
